Tuesday Update

9:30am...

Devin is eating like a champ! Katy was able to feed him a whole container of applesauce this morning while holding him in her arms!!

Devin had his I.V disconnected last night. The only things that he is hooked up to are the feeding tube (which should be removed in a few days if he continues to be able to eat) and the brain drain.

Once we receive notice on the CT scan results that is supposed to be completed today we will notify you all.

Have a blessed day!

  4. Took a million breaths today..went about it trying to do all the normals things...talked with my loved ones, my silver and gold friends...cleaned and vacuumed...went about doing errands and such...and with every breath I felt Devin and all that has come about because of him. I live each moment, whether with him or away, wondering how he is and how they who are his own, are coping.I find myself in constant prayer for him, for his momma, his nannie and gampy and for those of us who dwell in his world at this time in life. I am eternally grateful at all times, reminded that each moment is precious and that I have the ability to say how much I LOVE the people in my life at all times whether they are able to acknowledge this love or not. I live ever so grateful to our GOD that he continues to Bless me and Test me surrounded by the most extraordinary people. I am so grateful to have you in my life and I would do anything for you. GOD is GOOD. You, Little Man, are a GIFT and I lift my heart up for you at all times...It's a lot of I's...but they are meant as a whole. xo
